I was rushing to leave the house to catch a train, Shemus arrived saying he was there to investigate the leak. I told him I had 3 minutes until taxi arrived and he said he wasn’t given any keys and the wrong contact number, had driven an hour to get there. He quickly confirmed it was sewage and said he’d get back to me. While on the train I got a phone call to say the leak was fixed, the courtyard washed and rotting furniture removed. I’m still in shock as he was so kind enough to actually finish the job but also leave the area in a clean condition. The best service I’ve ever received and complete blown away after the appalling condition the agents handed over the property. Thanks again Shemus! You’re an absolute legend!
